Did you know honey never goes bad? Due to its extremely specific make-up honey is technically good forever. Now, some people confuse crystallization as a sign that their honey is past its prime. However, this is not true and crystallization is actually a sign that your honey is real as fake honey will remain a liquid. If your honey begins to crystallize simply place it in a bowl of warm water, or in a sunny windowsill to bring it back to its liquid state.
