IS YOUR HONEY LOCAL?
Maybe, it depends on where you live and what you consider to be local. All of our honey production is done local to Southeast Texas, so if you live in our region, our honey is local!
IS YOUR HONEY RAW?
The USDA doesn't define "RAW honey", however it generally means honey that has not been heated or filtered. Most honey in liquid form has been heated at some point, so by general definition most honey is not raw.
WHERE ARE YOUR BEES LOCATED?
We have over 40 Southeast Texas locations in 5 counties from Houston to Beaumont, where we produce honey, and keep our bees for the majority of the year. A few months out of the year we take our bees to pollinate crops, but we don't harvest honey from these trips.
